Gardening Project Week 7

July 24, 2017

The work is being done in bits and pieces now. The landscaper has told us that if we had a week of dry weather they could probably finish the whole job, but alas, that hasn’t been the case. We get rain, and when we do get wind and sun, we have to wait a few days for things to dry out sufficiently for the equipment to move around and then it rains again. But I guess that’s what you get when it is now truly mid winter. We’ve been fortunate to get as far as we have so far.

I haven’t taken many photos in this period of time as there’s been little visual change.

There was only one other day during this month that some work was done, where the small dingo pushed around gravel on some of the paths so they would be walkable and ready for the crushed rock topping for later.  But for now, the earthworks have come to a standstill.

There will, eventually, be steps at the top of this path, leading down from the lawn and firepit area.

A keen gardener from a young age, thanks to my grandmother, I've grown just as passionate about gardening photography too. This site allows me to combine both.
